Created by WWII Veterans in 1947, Arma VJ Day Homecoming celebrates and honors veterans, as well as providing family-friendly entertainment and live music. Friday August 11th from 5-8pm is Cruise Night Car and Bike Show, 8-11pm Nashville recording artist Eli Alger & The Fast Horses, and Inflatables Carnival. Saturday August 12th 8am Run For Our Veterans 5k, 10am Veteran-led parade, 11am SEK Bed Derby, SAL cornhole tournament, kids and womens games, Inflatables Carnival, Saturday night prize drawing, 8pm classic rock band Torn, Sunday August 13th 12pm Bocce tourney and 2pm Junior bathing beauty contest.
